Please take the time to try out all the jewellery you have received. If you still decide on returning, we are happy to help you out with your return and refund process without any questions asked.
Here is how you can easily return products
Customer need to mail us email@example.com the return request within 24hrs after receiving our product. On the return request email with subject “Return Request Order No XXX” and Kindly mention the following details for the quick return approval:
1) Order Number
2) Contact Details (as per Order) with Name, Full address, Phone Number, Email.
3) Pic of the Unused Product
4) Pic of the Packaging Box
5) Return Reasons
The return shipment will be scheduled to the place where the products were initially delivered, and our delivery partner will examine the products at the time of pick-up.
Please Note: Kindly return the products with the original packaging. Please ensure that our delivery partner seals the package in your presence at the time of pick-up and Do Not forget to ask for the Return Acknowledgement slip from the delivery partner.
After taking your request we will arrange reverse pick up from your location and after we receive your returned product. Our verification team will verify your complain and within next 3 working days We will Send you another new piece of the same product in case of defective products delivered or process the money refund if the same piece is not available with us.
Refund will be processed to the same account from where the payment was made after the return shipment is received and examined at our facility. For all the COD orders a link will be sent to you, where you will have to fill in your bank details for us to initiate the refund process. It usually takes 24 working hours to process the refund and it might take further 4-5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Do you offer Exchange?
If you are looking for an exchange online, please request for the return of the product you have already received and place a fresh order on our website directly. Since our products are fast moving, we recommend placing immediate order as we do not want you to miss out on your favourite jewellery designs. If your order was a prepaid order, a full refund towards the returned products will initiated.
Please Note: Refund for the returned products will initiate after the product is received and examined at our facility.
Can I Cancel My Order
You can request for the cancellation of the order by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If in case the order is already been shipped, simply reject and return the products at the time of delivery.
Please Note: To be eligible for Return, your products must be unused and has to be in the same condition as you received it, with the original Tique Fashions packaging.
Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons Naths(Nose Pin) and Toe Rings are not Returnable.
We Provide 1 Year Service Warranty for Losing of Color & Polish. If you find the same you can send us your product and we will re-polish the products and send it back to you. Customer need to mail us at email@example.com with the proper information before sending the product with subject “Re-polish Request Order No XXX”. Shipping charges of sending the products to us to be taken care by customer without any further extra charges of repairing.
